The CFLA coaches talk a lot about how we are forever in pursuit of professional development. If we don’t talk about it with you members directly, we most definitely talk about it among ourselves and in meetings. In fact, Kenny requires that we are enrolled in some sort of professional development course or workshop at least twice a year. I went to my CrossFit L2 cert a couple months back and as I mentioned in a previous post, I’m currently enrolled in Kelly Starrett’s master mobility and movement course. This philosophy of running was the first to spark the tiniest of interest to improve my running — though the actual practice of getting better didn’t manifest until years later.
